"My family have been here before and will always reserve an accommodation in case we visit Bacolod again. It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. "The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "
