I don’t usually give a 5 * rating at the many places I’ve stayed abroad but I must admit that this little GEM was by far the best experience ever. At first I was a bit nervous that I had picked this place because it wasn’t a chain hotel but let me tell you I am beyond happy I stayed here. From the time I arrived at 10:30 the gentleman greeted me in the rain with an umbrella and took down all 5 of my luggage’s. I was arriving already tired and nervous from my 2 hr drive in a country I’ve never been in and the rain pouring down hard scared me. Upon check in the friendly staff at reception greeted me with a smile and quickly asked me if I was okay, they prepared me a tea and walked me to my room. The next day I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast which was delicious and to taste. My entire experience was exceptional. They even assisted me with drying my wet clothes at no cost and also assisted with having my food delivered to my room with a virtual app…now I know where to stay each time I’m in El Salvador. You won’t be dissapointed!! A + rating
