Excellent location, full gym with plenty of equipment. Awesome jacuzzi at 11th floor. Executive lounge provides a great option for breakfast, or even a quick lunch or dinner. Easy 2 minute walk to shopping center, restaurants, and bars. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is beacause the WiFi is extremely terrible. Unstable, very slow, practically useless.

I loved my stay. It’s conveniently located near a shopping center and there are good food options and supermarket nearby. Staff is very welcoming and attentive, and rooms are kept clean.

I have been staying here for over 10 yrs now and this will be my last stay. The”VIP” room’s options were subpar and not appealing at all . The downstairs breakfast is overcrowded and except for the pupusas and omelet station… everything else was substandard. The building, rooms, paint , furniture and amenities have not been updated since the place opened. It is a shame because the service is great .. still not enough for me to stay loyal to this place when there are plenty brand new hotels with upgraded amenities.
