Las Terrazas break

Lovely comfortable modern property in quiet area. Property terraces with no sunshine. Need a car.

Great stay but poor emergency service

The apartment was great and good value for money. However the emergency service was very poor. We were locked outside in the aparment’s balcony and when contacted the emergency service via whatsapp message, we were told that they couldn’t do anything to help. Altough they couldn’t help, I would have expect an immediate call to check if we were ok and guide us through to what it was a very stressful situation. We were left alone and had to solve the issue ourselves You need to provide a better support out of office hours on emergency and better customer care

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und Aufzug bis vor die Eingangstür.
