This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Penthouse are located in gated residential community Terrazas de Alcaidesa. The apartment enjoys a spacious living room area with access to the terrace, kitchen fully fitted with electrical appliances installed, utility area, access to a private back terrace.
The master bedroom en-suite with fitted wardrobes and access to the main terrace. There are two guest bedrooms also with fitted wardrobes and a fully fitted bathroom to share.

• Please NO SMOKING in-house.
• Suitcases, golf bags etc. should be stored in the storeroom 51 in the garage during your stay.
• Remember to empty the water tank and filter after each use of the tumble dryer.
• Pillows for the terrace furniture’s should be stored inside during night- time. It often gets very humid and condensed outside during late evening or night.
• If use of the Weber grill/BBQ, please make sure it is cleaned after use, always turn of the gas container, if the gas is empty please change at a Repsol Gas station (5 kg). The grill cover should be put back on the grill when the grill is cold and make sure to tighten the grill cover well with the Velcro straps (wind).
• No pet or animals are allowed in the apartment.
Before departure please be sure that;
• All garbage bins are empty (place it in the containers outside the main gate to the right, 50m).
• The dishwasher is empty (or programmed with the rest of the dishes).
• If time please strip the beds (bed linen) and place it next to the washing machine, same for towels and cloths.

This apartment is outstanding. Two weeks of complete relaxation. A beautiful, quiet complex. I am very familiar with the area as my mother was from Los Barrios. A car is a necessity to get around and the location is fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.
The apartment is Nice with huge terraces and a great view. The barbecue is a plus.
The only oportunity to improve are the mattress os the beds. They could be more confortable
We enjoyed our time in alcaideia spain, my apartment was splendid and well furnished the sit out area was outstanding to enjoy the sunshine, I’m a bit sad the weather wasn’t 100% sunny on our visit. The only reason I wouldn’t give this experience 10/10 is because of the location as you will require rental car to navigate your stay as there are no bus routes in the secluded estate.I will also recommend double bed duvets to be provided for the master bedroom instead of 2 single bed duvets for couples and family.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.
Schon die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unproblematisch. Die Wohnung ist hell und praxisgerecht eingerichtet und lediglich Kleinigkeiten haben eine optimale Bewertung verhindert. Für Selbstversorger war die Kochtopfausstattung etwas knapp und wenn das TV einen Satellitenanschluss hätte, wären auch deutsche Sender zu empfangen. Ansonsten alles sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Resort ist natürlich sehr golflastig, was uns als Golfspielern aber eher entgegenkam. Eine Monatsmitgliedschaft machte das Spielen erschwinglich und durch die beiden sehr abwechslungsreichen Plätze ist ein sportliches Erlebnis garantiert. Schade ist, dass im Januar und Februar viele Restaurants in der ganzen Umgebung geschlossen haben und selbst am Golfplatz um 19.00h geschlossen wird.
Fazit: wir werden gerne wieder kommen!
