"The hotel is situated close to the beach on the outskirts of Conil and is well maintained with generous sized rooms. We visited off season so some updating was taking place but this did not impact on our stay."

"This house was great! In a very quiet neighborhood and beautiful landscaping. Our host was very responsive and gave us perfect directions and access to the house.The pool was very well maintained. Even though it was a little chilly in November a few of us took a dip. "

"The house itself was excellent though the wifi was not the best and the sofas were a little uncomfortable. There was quite a large external area with a well appointed pool and a fixed BBQ and easily room for three cars. We asked Juan for a kettle and a few minutes later he delivered one (there was also a coffee maker.) The AC was not working but as soon as Juan could get hold of the technician it was fixed. The area was very peaceful."

"The villa is modern, well equiped and very comfortable both inside and out. The property is very secure and off street parking is a real bonus. The grounds are well kept and the small grassed area breaks up the hard landscaping well. The two palm trees are lovely and give shade. The pool is excellent, the water fresh and clear and maintained regularly. The air conditioning works very well and powerful enough to cool the whole villa. Even at 35-40 degrees outside temperature, the preset 20 degree a/c setting was great. Our only negative was the shower water temperature that was not stable and could change from ok to extremely hot without notice. A beautiful villa with excellent facilities."
