The Space
Upstairs is designed to make the most of the breathtaking coastal outlook, with a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a large balcony. The elevated position captures panoramic ocean views and refreshing sea breezes, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends.
The balcony features a BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for long afternoon lunches, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the spectacular scenery.
Also located upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed, ocean views, and a private ensuite, allowing guests to wake up to the beauty of the coastline each morning.
Downstairs offers a relaxed retreat for the rest of the group, with four additional bedrooms, a spacious main bathroom, powder room, and additional living spaces—perfect for larger families or groups wanting their own areas to relax.
Set on an expansive block, the property provides a sense of space and privacy rarely found in coastal homes. It’s the ideal setting to slow down, breathe in the ocean air, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property is approved for a maximum of 10 registered guests only. At no time may the number of people at the property exceed the number booked. Additional visitors, gatherings, parties, or events are strictly prohibited.

Check-in: From 3:00 pm

Check-out: By 10:00 am (unless arranged otherwise)

Please message us if you’d like to request early check-in or late check-out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🧼 Cleanliness

Please wash and put away any used dishes before departure.

Remove all rubbish and place it in the correct outdoor bins.

Leave the home tidy and in the condition you found it.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 Parties & Noise

No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

🚗 Parking

Guests may park in the designated Driveway area

All bed linen and towels are provided. Please return these to the property as they belong to Coastal Retreats
Please do not remove them from the property or use them at the beach.

🧾 Damage & Breakages

Please report any damage, stains, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
