Good service and location, room was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. WiFi worked good. Water in shower only got warm at best.

The worst hotel ever

Be careful, at this hotel they charge money from our account after you leave. It’s expensive, the service is bad, the food is bad plus the fact that they use your card information and charge you afterwards.

Viejo sin agua y con muchos problemas

Pésimo, me siento muy decepcionado de esta cadena de hoteles, desde que llegue nunca tuvieron agua, sabían a mi llegada que no tenían agua y no lo advirtieron. nunca mas volveré a este lugar. un solo elevador y tardar mucho tiempo para poder subir o bajar. El personal no tiene la culpa de esto, ya que ellos trataron en todo momento de solucionar el problema y siempre fueron amables y atentos a pesar de las instalaciones tan pésimas que tienen.
