"The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me."

"We loved our stay at Saphire Beach resort. The apartment was clean, well provisioned and VERY near the beach. Staff on site were super friendly and helpful.
