"This is the second time I stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are old but clean and well maintained and kept: each unit has a kitchenette but in this occasion the stove was not working so I cannot give a 5 star rating. The hotel service is excellent and friendly. My suggestion is to provide at least 1 bottled water daily to guest although there is a big jug in the lobby. "The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city."

"Stayed due to LPB transit. The hotel staff can speak Spanish only, so we communicated by using the translator app. He seemed accustomed to such situations. The room was clean and comfort, except dust was accumulated in the bathroom crevices and it was washed out when I showered. Room locks are simple, but the hotel entrance is locked at night. If you are heading to the airport early in the morning, for example, just let the staff know and they will unlock the door."

"It is a modest hotel. The smallness of the rooms is compensated by the views of the city. It's just a couple of blocks from the National Arts Museum and the main square in the city, Plaza Murillo. "Where do I begin? Wow ... Elegance is not the word I would use. Staff is great. Hot shower great. I'm sure the place was a 3 star hotel in the 1970s. It has not been touched since then.
