Our newly constructed, elegantly decorated villa is located in the only gated community on the island, Mahogany Bay Village. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private pool, you'll have all the space and luxury you need for a perfect vacation.

Our villa boasts hardwood floors, modern amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen, giving you all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise setting. Relax by the pool or take a short stroll to our very own POOLCLUB, where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at a 10% discount.

Please note that due to ongoing developments in Mahogany Bay, our rates may be auto-adjusted. Additionally, Ambergris Caye may experience power outages during busy times, but they are usually short-lived. Thank you for your understanding.
