This high-end 5 Bedroom/3.5 Bath home is perfect for family and adult groups. Private Pool and Pool Club access included. This villa has a modern interior design, fully equipped kitchen, office room and game room. Screened patio and balcony for gorgeous sunset views! Property Management is available to assist you with Concierge and Front Desk services. Your Caribbean Escape awaits! There are developments in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates are auto adjusted.

Any new bookings received after April 1, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!
