Escape to Ambergris Caye! Experience this luxurious villa in beautiful San Pedro, Belize. A newly constructed residence, elegantly decorated villa, located in the only gated community, Mahogany Bay Village. This villa includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, screened deck/balcony and semi-private salt pool. This villa can be booked with Blue Lagoon for a 10-bedroom private retreat. Paradise awaits you!

There are developments in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates have been reduced.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton's Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Great stay well priced

Had an issue with our reservation at another resort so had to quickly audible to this house. Very supportive management team in helping us move our stuff. House was very clean and well supplied. Issue with internet got quick attention and the management team drove down to follow up with us. Location is only small issue - this area is under construction BUT priced reflective of that. Did the construction bother us? Not one bit. Not a lot of noise and no inconvenience. Would recommend a stay at this place and with this management team.
