- It is a very spacious apartment 120 m, recently renovated and with excellent views of the sea Located in the best area of the beach of Villananitos in San Pedro del Pinatar. On the front line. Very close to the yacht club. It is very sunny and temperate in winter and very pleasant in spring and autumn. It is in the best area of the village since you can go on foot to carrefour supermarket, and also to bars and restaurants. The promenade passes in front of the house.
