Ski Hotels & Resorts in San Pedro de Atacama from NZ$100

Fantastic breakfast with lovely accommodating staff. More than happy to assist always. Don’t be put off with the distance from town - cheap taxi ride and easy bike ride. A relaxing and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended!

Having come from another top local hotel and been rather disappointed, Desertica was a breath of fresh air. We were warmly greeted and given detailed local info by the excellent friendly warm front office person. The room was exceptional, as were the hotel grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer

We had a great stay. What a beautiful property! We loved the decor, and all the spaces to hang out in. The 2 full kitchens in the common areas were great, and great espresso! Good coffee is hard to find in the area! Bed and pillows were comfy, and the service was friendly. We were especially grateful to be able to do laundry there, saved us having to find a laundromat!

We LOVED this hotel! San Pedro Atacama is a dry dusty place but the minute you entered the front door of this charming hotel, you felt as though you were in a little piece of paradise. The staff were very helpful, especially Cynthia who assisted when we checked in, but also when we left. She went above and beyond the call of duty when our transfer didn’t arrive (we stupidly didn’t arrange it through the hotel, but direct with a tour company). We would have missed the plane without her...

Our stay at Alto Atacama was pure luxury. We loved everything about the hotel - the staff the facilities the outdoor excursions. It was expensive but worth every cent, with everything being included in the price. It was so relaxing, yet so much to do as well. I would strongly recommend it to anyone!

Location is perfect, gorgeous traditional home that has been modernized into a hotel, staff were excellent

The couple who own and run this accommodation were delightful, they were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked the location as it was quiet, it isn't right in the central hub of San Pedro however it is still close enough to easily drive to the centre or a 10-15 minute walk.

Hotel Kimal was the perfect base for our exploration of San Pedro de Atacama. It is right in the town, walking distance from everything. Our self-contained villa/cabin was spacious, comfortable, private, quiet and warm (with a spa bath!) and the staff at Hotel Kimal were extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. Special shout out to Cristian who looked after us impeccably. Top choice for San Pedro!

The accommodation was of a very good standard, breakfast was terrific and Guillermo the manager was brilliant - can’t do enough for you and very knowledgeable about the local area and where to go - overall a great experience

Fantastic stay
