Dejligt værelse på hotel i rolige omgivelser. Yderst venligt og rart personale. Alt fungerede fint. Vær dog opmærksom på, at sauna og hot tubs ikke er tændt om sommeren selvom det ser sådan ud på hotellets side hos Hotel.com.

El agua para las duchas estaba muy fría, jamas calentó lo suficiente, a pesar de hacer notar este punto , nunca fue solucionado, lo otro para ser tomado en cuenta es el servicio de restaurant en la hora de desayuno, uno llegada al lugar y siempre estaban todas las sillas sobre las mesas, teniendo que uno bajarla y por ende el servicio de desayuno era totalmente improvisado, también dejar claro que las personas que atendían el Hotel, todos muy amables. Me queda claro que se puede elevar mucho más el nivel del Hotel.

O Hard Road é um ótimo hotel para se ficar em San Pedro do Atacama. Perto de tudo, oferece uma série de comodidades para seus hóspedes. Tem piscina, café da manhã gostoso e como os passeios para o deserto saem de madrugada, oferece snacks pra quem não vai estar no café da manhã. O wi-fi nos quartos é deficiente, temos que nos aproximar do salão do café da manhã pra pegar bem a rede.

Lovely

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is peaceful and cute. We were 3 friends traveling together. Our reservation was for a queen bed and a twin bed but they gave us a room with a queen bed and two twins without us even asking. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. The hotel grounds are cute and especially loved the little swing hanging from the tree near the spa. So fun and perfect to hang out and star gaze. Breakfast was nice and made to order. The staff was especially helpful and kind. Would stay here again!

Café da manhã era bom, e a cama também. A localização era boa, pois estávamos de carro. O Wi-Fi era só em áreas sociais do hotel e era péssimo. Não tinha secador nos banheiros e o chuveiro era péssimo. O atendimento na recepção também não era um dos melhores.

A localização razoável!! Vendem como tres estrelas e meia e cobram como tal, apenas por ter piscina e psedoSPA. O quarto é ruim, chuveiro e banheiro péssimo. Cafe da manhã razoável. Não passa de hotel de duas estrelas. Isso por sinal está um erro constante. Anunciam um número de estrelas que é incompatível com o quarto

En general la estadía en este hotel fue muy buena por la simpatía, gentileza y siempre buena disposición de las personas que trabajan allí. Limpio, amplias habitaciones, buen tamaño de los baños, iluminado. Es un hospedaje nuevo por lo que recomendamos mejorar un basurero en la habitación que no sea únicamente el del baño, citófono para solicitar algo (incluso ayuda), más toallas y mejores almohadas. Gracias por los lindos días que estuvimos con ustedes.
