La habitación es cómoda y amplia y muy linda. Está bien equipada con kitchenete. Hermoso balcón. Excelente ubicación y gran atención.

Nice place yet gym extremely small

Cute boutique hotel. Convenient location. Can have more goodies in the bathroom as far as toiletries. Needs a wall charger with adapter. Too noisy, so if you are looking to rest maybe not the best option as it is located near major nightlife spots. Staff is really nice.

Me encantó el hotel, todo impecable. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la ducha es excelente y la cama confortable. Excelente la atención del personal y el desayuno delicioso, variado y de calidad. El spa también me gustó mucho. Las vistas de la ciudad desde ahí son una belleza. Me quedé con las ganas de tomar un masaje pero más allá de que no tuve suficiente tiempo me parecieron demasiado costosos. La piscina muy linda, la temperatura del agua muy agradable. Solo que al hacer mucho frío afuera y siendo fin de semana había bastante gente y pocas reposeras. Volvería sin duda alguna.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Cecilia, one of your hotel representatives, for the exceptional customer service she provided during a very difficult situation. I was unexpectedly unable to board my flight because I did not have the required visa. Since I do not speak Spanish, I had a very difficult time communicating at the airport and was extremely stressed after missing my flight. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I booked a room. After hearing what had happened, Cecilia immediately showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to help me. She told me to go relax and get some rest and assured me that she would help me communicate with the airline the following day. True to her word, she followed up with me and helped me navigate the situation. What stood out most was that Cecilia took the time to listen to my story, understand what I was going through, and make me feel that someone was genuinely there to help. She did not simply treat me like another customer,she took ownership of the situation and made a stressful experience much easier. Employees like Cecilia are what exceptional hospitality and customer service should look like. In my opinion, she has the qualities of a great leader. She goes out of her way to listen to customers, understand their needs, and deliver service that makes a real difference. If I were in a position to make the decision, I would tell you that Cecilia should be your next supervisor. Her compassion and iniative was great.
