"Situé dans un emplacement somptueux, nous avons été déçus par le peu d’information fournie pour la restauration. Il s’agissait en fait d’un self qui n’a été ouvert qu’à 21h30. À aucun moment on nous a proposé un apéritif pour patienter. Nous avions demandé une bouteille de vin qui ne nous a jamais été servie.
Nous avons été surpris par le manque de professionnalisme et de management de l’équipe. On attendait beaucoup mieux d’un hôtel quatre étoiles"
