Really great place to stay. Gated complex of 3 different accommodations. Old stone building with character. Plenty of room for 6 Lovely pool Warm welcome on arrival. Perfect location to visit Tuscany attractions. San miniato itself is a nice little town with all you need. Only criticism, dont forget mosquito nets! Lol

Een prachtige plek voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met ons gezin in het zes persoons appartement (de 4 en 2 persoons accomodatie zagen er ook prachtig uit). Het was een ruim en schoon appartement. De accomodatie ligt op een berg met prachtig uitzicht en alle mooie stadjes in de omgeving, zoals Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa en het strand zijn in een uur te berijden. Ook in de nabije omgeving zijn voldoende restaurantjes en supermarkten te vinden. De accomodatie heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een terras welke je deelt met de andere gasten, maar omdat er maar 3 accomodaties op het terrein zijn is het altijd rustig. Wij raden deze plek iedereen aan! Het was heerlijk!

***Phantastischer Urlaub***

Wir waren mit drei größeren Kindern dort und es waren alle begeistert!!! In den Wein-und Olivenbergen der Toskana gelegen, hat man einen gigantischen Blick in die weitläufige Region. Das Objekt an sich war sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (wenn wir ihr Italienisch richtig verstanden haben). Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man konnte sehr gut die Ruhe genießen und war trotzdem recht zügig (ca. 15 Minuten) auf entsprechender Autobahn Richtung Pisa und Fierenze. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in knapp 10-15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Etwas oberhalb auf dem Hügel liegt die Frattoria San Quintino, wo es leckeren Wein und Olivenöl, sowie aussergewöhnliche Konfitüre aus eigener Herstellung gibt und man sich bei einer kleinen Führung, die Herstellung des Weins dort vor Ort erklären lassen kann. Wenn man wirklich kleinlich ist, wäre ein zweites Bad für 5 oder 6 Personen sehr vorteilhaft - aber es ging auch so ganz gut. Außerdem hätten die Kinder gern Wlan gehabt, aber auch dies haben sie überlebt und sich anderweitig beschäftigt. Wir werden defintiv wieder einmal dort hinfahren und die Ruhe und Gelassenheit der Toskana genießen! Vielen lieben Dank Donella!

Joli endroit

Notre premier séjour en Italie, nous avons choisi Florence. Cette location est à un peu moins d'une heure de Florence et nous a permis de découvrir la très jolie ville de San miniato. L'extérieur est bien entretenu, très agréable avec une piscine et un espace autour confortable. L'intérieur pour 5 personnes est suffisamment grand surtout les chambres. C'est par contre situé à l'étage et du coup peu pratique pour manger dehors... La location est fraîche ce qui est agréable les jours à 30 degrés et plus dehors mais nous avons séjourné une semaine début mai et avons eu 3 premiers jours très chauds et ensuite vent et pluie... Ce qui rendait la location froide surtout du côté cuisine /sejour/1 chambre où nous entendions le vent la nuit dans les fenêtres mal isolées... En dehors de ça nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Italie. Dorella nous accueille chaleureusement et est disponible si souci aisément. Un petit bémol sur le confort matériel en cuisine, un micro-ondes serait vraiment très appréciable.

Leuke nette ruime woning voor 6 personen

Leuke nette ruime woning voor 6 personen met tuin en zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar (dochter woont ook op het erf). Geweldig mooi uitzicht naar diverse kanten. Heerlijk rustig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca en Florence. Het is ook gezellig om 's morgens eens een kop koffie te gaan drinken in een van de vele gelegenheden in San Miniato.
