"Had a wonderful front desk experience (very attentive, friendly, helpful) but also had not such a great experience at the front desk (not approachable, dismissive, rather not help). It varies by the staff person. Most restaurants were excellent except one that give you a bunch of small plates (forget the name). It seems wasteful when the restaurant gives you food you will never eat. The rooms were clean and all other support staff wonderful."

The flamingo beach was definitely amazing and we booked an on the beach massage I highly recommend that. Transportation was available 24/7 . We will be back!"
