"We only stayed one night, but this was the absolute perfect location. It is 10 minutes from the only Starbucks farm you can visit in the world (Hacienda Alsacia). It is 30 minutes from the airport, and the view of the city is magnificent. There’s a lovely walking trail (use bug spray) on the property, a nice bar and restaurant, and a pool. They’ll hand you an iced towel and a glass of iced tea upon arrival. The staff is excellent. Would highly recommend staying here!"

The architectural and design choices are incredibly stylish and tasteful, yet the lodge feels completely cozy and like a home away from home. The interior design strikes a perfect balance between eco-friendly aesthetics and European comfort. Our room was comfortable with a breathtaking view. The heated blankets were an absolute lifesaver and a brilliant touch for the chilly mountain nights! The breakfasts were delicious, and the common areas had such a warm, inviting atmosphere in the evening. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone who cherishes tranquility, comfort, and quiet beauty. "we stayed here during our first night and then our last night while traveling throughout Costa Rica. the hotel is close to the airport, although you would never know it. feels like you are far in the jungle. the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with terraces . the property and landscaping is amazing, especially the sunset pool. I had a massage, and it was excellent in a beautiful facility. We loved our dinners and breakfast at the hotel, and most of all we loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the rooms manager. Hope to be back soon!"
