Additionally, as a guest of our apartment, you will have access to the following common areas of the complex:



Two outdoor community swimming pools, one on each side of the complex. Both are heated to 25°C throughout the year. One of them offers views of Teide and the other, views of the ocean.

Sunbathing areas around the pools with communal sunbeds (subject to availability).

Additionally, and as an exclusive service for our guests, we facilitate access to the magnificent pool facilities of "11 Holiday Homes", located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment. These facilities include more pool options for your enjoyment, ideal for a total wellness experience.



Parking on the streets around the complex is public and free of charge.



The apartment is located in the quiet and prestigious Golf del Sur area.



Supermarkets: You will find well-stocked supermarkets just 2 minutes by car or a pleasant 10-minute walk.

Los Abrigos: The picturesque fishing village of Los Abrigos, famous for its wide variety of fresh seafood and fish restaurants of high quality, is 5 minutes by car. You can also walk there in about 20 minutes through a pleasant seafront promenade that borders the coast.

Public Transport: Just in front of the residential complex is a main bus stop, with regular lines connecting to popular destinations such as Las Américas, El Médano, Los Abrigos, and even the island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
