Ruhige, saubere Anlage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und die Anlage drum herum wurde immer sauber und ordentlich gehalten und war nie überlaufen. Die Anlage bietet den perfekten Kontrast zu dem sonst sehr touristischen Ort Bibione. Der Freizeitpark Luna Park und der Markt sind keine 10 Geh-min von der Anlage entfernt, die Einkaufsstraße und der Strand ca 15-20 Minuten. Wir (Eltern mit drei Kids: 15, 16 und 18) würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Gute Unterkunft mit super super sauberem Pool

Sehr großes eingezäuntes Grundstück (Wohnung Nr. 29) und damit gut geeignet für z.B. Federball spielen oder Hundeauslauf. Penibelst sauber gehaltene Poolanlage! Ausstattung des Hauses sehr spartanisch. Insbesondere Geschirr und Besteck nur das aller nötigste vorhanden. Super Klimaanlage in jedem Wohnraum (nicht zu kalt stellen :-) WLAN-Empfang sehr dürftig und ab ca. Hälfte der Zeit nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Der Kundenservice war gut erreichbar, bewirkte aber nichts.

Bez luksusów, ale na tydzień jest o.k.

Apartament nr 28 położony bardzo dogodnie. Blisko basenu i wyjścia z obiektu. Świetny rozkład zarówno na parterze, jak i na I piętrze. W sumie 3 balkony i taras z własnym ogródkiem (niestety roślinność słabo podlewana - trawa wyschnięta). Umeblowanie dość skromne, ale funkcjonalne. Lodówka, telewizor (kanały głównie włoskie). W wyposażeniu kuchni brak kieliszków do wina (co dziwne we Włoszech) i szklanek do piwa. Minutę obok sklepy spożywcze i bary. Podsumowując - dużo więcej plusów niż minusów.

Gute Lage (Busbahnhof/Busse nach Venedig u.a., Ambulanz, Beach Shuttle-Bus in 8 Gehminuten erreichbar). Direkt gegenüber Supermarkt, Pizzarien, Bar, Zeitungsladen. Zur großen Flaniermeile braucht man rund 12 Gehminuten. Für unseren Hund ist es auch ein schöner Urlaub gewesen. Eingezäunter Garten gehört zu jedem Reihenhaus. Nicht so positiv ist, dass kein Sonnenachutz vorhanden ist. Je nach Lage ist entweder das Frühstück oder Mittag-Abendessen draußen unerträglich! WLAN funktioniert nur am Pool!

In die Jahre gekommen!!!!

Schlüssel abgeholt gleich in die Unterkunft. Der Nachbar Eigentümer eines Reihenhaus sehr pingelig machte gleich 10 min. Nach Ankunft vor der Garage klar, das man in die Garage fahren solle da er ein Problem damit hat. Unterkunft sehr alte Möbel u. TV ca. 40x35 gross . Spinnen in den Ecken und die Betten Uralt. Unser Bett war Beschädigt und knarzte wie verrückt. Der Pool viel zu kalt haben mehrer Urlauber bestätigt. WLAN 10 Euro die Woche u.kein Empfang...Unfreundliches Personal der Agentur...

Schöne Reihenhausanlage

Das Reihenhaus ist geräumig, hat für große Familien angenehmerweise 2 Bäder. Allerdings lässt die Badausstattung einige Wünsche offen. Schön ist auch die kleine gepflegte Gartenanlage rund um den Pool. Praktisch ist der Supermarkt in nächster Nähe, sowie die Pizzerias und Bar gleich gegenüber. WLAN zu schwach oder nicht erreichbar.

Immer wieder gern

Wir fahren jedes Jahr in diese Anlage und sind sehr zufrieden. Wir genießen die Ruhe dort, weil die Anlage nicht so überlaufen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich gegenüber. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Langsam könnte man an eine Renovierung der Bäder denken.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräum...

Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig, drei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Wanne oben, unten Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad mit Dusche. Super fanden wir die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Garten. Pool in der Mitte der Anlage. Wir waren viel unterwegs daher haben wir im Wohnzimmer die fehlenden Sitzgelegenheiten nicht so vermisst. Leider nur ein einziges Sofa. Außerdem war die Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig. Kaum ausreichend Geschirr. Aber der "Abtropfschrank" war klasse. Wir würden wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Ein absolutes Muss war Venedig. Aber auch Bibione war sehr schön. Am Meer waren wir immer etwas abseits, Richtung Leuchtturm. Lunapark, Markt und die Strandpromenade waren sehr schön.

Top Haus für eine große Famili...

Top Haus für eine große Familie bzw. Reisegruppe. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und es ist keine Enge aufgetreten. Sehr schöne, große Essküche mit großem Tisch und 6 Stühlen ( bei Bedarf kann man noch Gartenstühle dazu stellen ) für ein gemütliches Frühstück und nette Abendrunden. Reisetipps: Bei schlechtem Wetter mal nach Palmanova ins Tiare Einkaufszentrum fahren (45 Min ). Sehr schöne Geschäfte mit angemessenen Preisen.

Möblierung und Ausstattung kön...

Möblierung und Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und keine Sitz Möglichkeiten im WZ, nur eine Couch. Stühle für Terrasse währen schon ziemlich alt. Bäder wahren Om. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, viel Spinnweben und nicht erst seith ein oder zwei Wochen. Aber trotzdem würden wir wieder hin fahren.

Beschränkt auf das Allernötigste

Keine Putzutensilien, Waschmaschine völlig unbrauchbar, Grillrost unbrauchbar. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach beschwerde sofort ausgetauscht. W-Lan völlig überteuert, da in der Wohnung nicht nutzbar und nur für eine Person. Pool war sauber und schön groß. Zimmer waren in Ordnung, allerdings keine Bettdecken. Alles in allem 2 von 5 Sternen.
