Very nice landlord. The location is great, in a few minutes you are on the fine sandy beach. Only the weather wasn't so good, but that shouldn't spoil the review. 😀

A great say for a family

The house was as described in the listing, the kitchen had all we needed and we where happy to find body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The property was clean with nice outdoor spaces. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear and the hosts were very supportive and took care of everything. The welcome bottle of wine was really good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. .

We had a very nice stay in this place. Bonus was a large choice of beach equipment and kitchen appliances. Francesco was very helpful with recommendations of any kind and a great host. Will come again

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen - wir waren zu dritt mit Kleinkind unterwegs. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet (habe ich so noch nicht in einer Ferienunterkunft gesehen) - es fehlt an nichts. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern. Das Haus ist super gemütlich und man fühlt sich nach wenigen Tagen wie zu Hause. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen auf allen Programmen. Die Klimaanlage tut ihren Dienst sehr gut und ist unverzichtbar. Es gibt für die kleinsten auch Wasser und Strandspielzeug sodass man eigentlich nichts mehr mitnehmen muss. Auf der Anlage gibt es einen Babypool (leider ohne Sonnenschutz) und einen großen (1,20-1,9m) Pool. Großes Manko: Es gibt leider keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme, sodass man sich mit den Klappstühlen aus der Unterkunft behelfen oder eigene von zu Hause aus mitbringen muss. Es gibt auch 4 Fahrräder die kostenlos benutzt werden können, nicht die neusten aber sie tun ihren Dienst und waren eine große Hilfe um in den Ort zu kommen. Größter Kritikpunkt: die Matratze des Ehebettes ist leider sehr Unkomfortabel und sollte ggf. Ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ein Riesen Lob an FRANCESCO der in allen Belangen immer erreichbar war und uns zur Hilfe eilte oder Informationen mitteilte! BE LIKE YOU ARE! THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT HOLIDAY. Für uns (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind mit knapp 2 Jahren) war es ein super schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hat uns auch die ersten zwei verregneten Tage mit Spielsachen für unsere kleine dort super versorgt wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt! Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Es war einfach nahezu perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit jeder Menge Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren im August für drei Wochen zu Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt. Für die Kinder gab es reichlich Spielsachen, sowohl für den Strand als auch fürs Haus. Generell ist die Ausstattung einfach sehr gut. Sogar einen Bollerwagen fanden wir im Haus vor.Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und war immer für uns da und hat uns regelmäßig mit Ausflugstipps und Infos rund um Bibione versorgt. Auch über die Flasche Wein bei Anreise haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Ein sehr schönes sauberes kleines Häuschen, ideal für Familien oder Freunde die flexibl sein wollen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg und in der Anlage gibt es einen sehr sauberen Pool den man nutzen kann. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum. Wir würden es wieder so wählen.

Perfekte Wohnung, unglaublich tolle Gastgeber

Unser Aufenthalt war leider kürzer als gedacht, da die Kinder erkrankten.Die Wohnung bzw. das Ferienhaus selber liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr gut erreichbaren Lage. Es entspricht alles den Bildern. Die Wohnung hat alles, was eine Gamilie braucht, Uedem ein tolles Spieleangebot für drinnen und draußen. Francesco hatte uns auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. F. War immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage oder Problem hatten. Also er war wirklich prompt für uns da. Ein seht netter, herzlicher Mann, der perfekte Gastgeber.Danke dafür nochmal. Alles war wunderbar. Besonders toll fanden wir 2 Flaschen mit gekühltem Wasser im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft bei 34 Grad!!! Es gab Sandspielzeug, Bücher zum Lesen, DVDs, Gesellschaftsspiele, sogar neue noch eingepackte Schwimmflügel und aufblasbares Planschbecken. Coupons mit 50%Rabatt für Lunapark lagen auch genügend da! Vor der Eingangstür wachsen Rosmarin, Minze und Salbei. Die haben wir beim Kochen genützt, war sehr lecker! Francesco war auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Hat uns geschrieben, dass es am Dienstag einen Markt gibt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

Italien Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Gastgeber super hilfsbereit erfüllt jeden Wunsch wenn es möglich ist und er selbst ist sehr nett, sympathisch und man kann ihm vollens vertrauen. Wir verlängertes und das war kein Problem. Nur unsere Fahrräder waren teils sehr alt in seiner anderen Wohnung gibt es bessere vielleicht erneuern. Gemeinschaftspool müsste die nächsten Jahre frisch gemacht bzw geflickt werden teils Fliesen ab. Und liegen sollten am pool erlaubt sein. Dies betrifft jedoch das ganze Feriendorf nicht nur unseren Vermieter. Wenn die Autos noch größer werden vielleicht bald neue Carports nötig. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und wie zuhause. Kommen bestimmt wieder. Strand ist wirklich nicht weit weg. 8 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß

So wünscht man sich seinen Aufenthalt

Super netter Empfang und jederzeit freundlich auch wenn man ein Problem hatte oder Fragen. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert das keine Wünsche offen blieben. Ausstattung mega super und sauber. Bis auf das etwas schwache WLAN, was aber an der region liegt kann man nichts bemängeln. Werden wieder da Buchen. 🌞🌞😊😊😊

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento una settimana. Appartamento molto pulito, presenza di tutto l indispensabile per il soggiorno. Posizione perfetta, vicino alla spiaggia e il centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti in bicicletta (disponibile presso l appartamento) Francesco molto cordiale gentile e disponibile per tutto!!! L’appartamento è molto bello e dotato di ogni comfort dall’aria condizionata al barbecue fino alla piscina, si trova in una zona tranquilla e in pochi minuti si arriva facilmente a piedi al mare dove ci sono anche molti negozi e servizi di ogni genere. Ci è piaciuta la disponibilità di biciclette che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere anche il centro di Bibione in 10 minuti. Menzione speciale all’host per la disponibilità e simpatia. Consigliassimo

Klein aber fein.

Schöne Wohnung über zwei Etagen. Sauber und gemütlich. Der Francesco hat die Wohnung mit Liebe modern renoviert und mit Ikea Möbel ausgestattet. Eine zusätzliche Toilette wäre mit Teenager im Vorteil😁 aber ist kein muss. Etwas weiter von Zentrum entfernt, ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Strand ist in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Luna Park ist von der Wohnung nicht weit entfernt. Ruhige Lage ist eine kleine Dorfanlage wo auch ein gemeinschaftlicher Pool vorhanden ist. Im ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt OK

Positiv: Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, Eismaschine, Kaffeemaschine, saftpresse, Grill, Fahrräder etc. sauber, nette und kommunikative Gastgeber. Negativ: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, Warmwasser-Aufbereitung per Boiler. Man muss mit Mückenstichen rechnen.
