Ground floor apartment (raised by 6 steps), in an elegant context totally renovated, inside a fenced courtyard. It overlooks the beach and the main town square directly. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, kitchen with double sofa bed (17 cm high mattress), 2 private bathrooms with shower. It has the fenced porch for exclusive use, with table and chairs, TV and outdoor living, and the private fenced garden, equipped with barbeque. It is tastefully furnished, according to the latest trends in the field of furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all the most modern appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc ....) Ideal for families with children, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect location on the beach, and to participate in the evenings organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in the square or on the waterfront. Furthermore, for maximum security, the apartment is also equipped with an anti - intrusion alarm system

Lovely place by the Sea

We enjoy our stay during the “off season.” Francesca was friendly and responsive. Our place had everything we needed and was very nice. We were quite busy and spent our down time on the patio.
