Great value stay for a big group

The property was nice and spacious for a group of 12. The location was nice and close to downtown and there’s 2 restaurants you can walk to around the corner. Great stay!

Incredible Stay!

Karina was a great host from booking to checking out and was quick to respond during our stay. It was the perfect spot for family over Thanksgiving break with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating, comfortable beds, and great gathering spaces in the dining and living rooms. Walking distance to the river and Square!

Best Vrbo Ever!

This property was amazing! Plenty of parking space, beautiful interior design, and conveniently placed close to everything! The hosts were excellent communicators and we had no troubles with check-in or check-out process.

Fantastic stay

House was beautiful and yard amazing. The house has all amenities anyone needs. Literally feels like you’re in your own home. Definitely will be staying again when we are in the area.

This was a great property for our group. Finding a home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is difficult so this met our needs. The house was very clean and the table and living room accommodated our group. We were able to walk to some restaurants and the parks.

Perfect home

The home was so welcoming and smelt good! It was so much bigger than what we all expected and so close to the river!! The hosts also communicated very quickly and provided solutions to all questions we had! Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything we needed!

Stayed in this house for my son’s college graduation. The house was clean, spacious enough to host a dinner for family and friends, had plenty of parking and the location was awesome! Will stay again if we are ever back that way but goodbye for now San Marcos!

Great space to host

The house is a great space! We had a group for graduation and we all had plenty of space. Location is perfect - close to the river, campus, and stores. Communication was excellent. Overall we had a great experience!

In Town For a Wedding

We were looking for a VRBO near the Wedding Venue (Posey Meadows) in San Marcos, this place met our expectations, nicely updated throughout, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths gave everyone the space needed. Convenient to DT San Marcos and our venue. The only area of improvement would be to have a larger water heater as with the nice garden tub in use and showers going hot water struggled to keep up, easy fix. We would return, we enjoyed our stay.

First of all let me saying the pictures online does not show the full potential of it!! My family and I did not except the it to be so spacious… the fact that everyone had a bathroom in their bedroom that and an extra in the hall so no one had to wait to get in

Quick Getaway

Karina provided us with detailed instructions and was always very responsive! A beautiful property that has the perfect location. It was a very short walk to the San Marcos River and park. Also, short driving distance to popular areas such as the San Marco Shopping Outlet. The house provided all the things we needed brand new! First rental that we were not missing something. Plenty of space for our families, and big yard for the kids to run around and enjoy. Will definitely be back!

Top of the list!

This home has everything! Location is perfect for trips to TXST, town square, grocery store and restaurants! The neighborhood is old but very quiet and we felt perfectly safe! Inside the house is completely redone and exceptionally clean. Beds and linens were great, lots of space in the living room and kitchen for visiting, great natural light and the temperature inside was balanced and comfortable. The extras made the stay even better! The coffee bar came with gourmet-tasting coffee, filters, and tea choices- and sugar (thank you!) The bath had bath salts/bubbles and the showers had great shampoo/soap/conditioner. This is one of the few places that allows you to bring your pet and the backyard was amazing for my dog. My TXST student was really missing him and it made for a special visit. If you have a tiny dog be aware there is space around the side where a little one could squeeze under the fence. The host was easy to communicate with and very nice! Obviously, I recommend staying here.

The house ONLY had 3 bedrooms - not four. It ONLY could sleep 8 in beds. The host did not have a couple beds she said she had in the description. Even the map in the house showed more beds. The fan in the den did not work and had trouble getting the other fans to work. The futon in the "fourth bedroom" was broken. We called the host and asked her to come to look at the house, she sent someone over hours later when we were IN BED. A few dishes were dirty with food as well as the sheets we used on the air mattresses I had to get for my guests. I was very disappointed in the house [for not having the correct number of beds] and the host [for not coming over to check it out timely nor did she offer any discount]. The house is centrally located.

Very Nice / Located 2 Blocks from River Walk and Parks

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking accessories. We prepared meals and enjoyed family and friends for dinner. Exceptional access to the river walk, parks and walking path. Our host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. The back yard is in close proximity to the interstate. No issues with noise or safety. A very pleasant stay! Thank you!!

Great layout for a group
