STUDIO Looking for nice stay when you visiting San Marcos or the surrenders town s like Martindale, New Braunfels, Austin etc We are 5 min drive to town of San Marcos , also 5-10 min to River, 4 to Christ's Santa Rosa Hospital
10-12 min to Texas State University .... This studio is an attachment to the main house with separate entrance, Queen Bed, microwave ,plates, cups ,utensils ,Window/Heather A/C .. perfect for a good nights sleep
