I give this place an overall 4. We stayed for 2 nights. On the first morning I moved the maid service card the outside door knob indicating I needed maid service. We were loading the car and I watched the maid walk over and flip the card around to read "no service needed." So, I walked back over and the flipped it "service needed". Well she never came. They supplied the room with only one nights worth of coffee. All shampoo/conditioner/ body wash dispensers are filled the same exact thing, some kind of orange watery dish soap.

The person on the second floor walked all night and you could hear them. Never slept for 2 days. Never cleaned our room in 2 days.

We stayed here and loved that it was a short walk to the main down town area and only a block up from the Embarcadero. The room was very clean and comfortable. Theres random wear on drawers, in the shower etc but being a beach town, the sort of wear and tear on hotel rooms is normal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time staying here. It’s clean, peaceful and nearby the shops and restaurants we like to visit. Check in was pleasant and quick. We will stay here again. The king suite is worth the extra $. Spacious and most comfortable bed we’ve had.
