Pismo Beachwalker Inn & Suites
Only problem was some shaddy guests smoking weeds in parking, and making one side smell like drugiest live here. I have to take my kids to my room from that side, felt so bad.

Dolphin Cove Motel
This is an older hotel with small rooms that are beautifully taken care of. They are very clean and in great shape. Even the parking lot is cleaned daily. You are a 10 second walk from the pier and beach. The staff is very nice and will accommodate you if possible.
