"The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it. "Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay.
