Wonderful fortnight

We stayed for two weeks in August at Villa Nicoletta. Everything was wonderful - the property is large and beautifully furnished, with a lovely well-maintained garden and a fantastic pool which we spent a lot of time enjoying. The view over the beautiful Lazio countryside down to Lake Bolsena is spectacular. Two of the double bedrooms have air conditioning, and the hilltop position means that with open doors and windows there is a pleasant breeze through the rest of the villa when it is hot. The village of San Lorenzo Nuevo is charming with a couple of good restaurants and shops that have everything you need. When an electrical storm knocked out the villa’s TV and WiFi, the owner was super helpful in getting it all up and running again, and we were otherwise well looked after by Klaudia at check in and out. We hope to return one day! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Schöne Aussicht

Das Haus liegt zentral und doch ruhig im Dorf.Das Haus hatte mehrere Verschleisserscheinungen (Im Badezimmer und der Küche). WLAN ging nur in 3 Zimmern und im Treppenhaus- kein Empfang ausserhalb des Hauses. Wir bekamen eine Telefonnummer für den Notfall (auch in der Nacht). Auf unseren Wunsch wurde vorab einen Sonnenschirm für den Pool organisiert - Grazie mille
