"The hosts offered a very detailed folder explaining about the property, local restaurants, groceries and opening times, as well as things to do locally whilst in the area. We also were given Klaus cards which allowed us free/ discounted access to local attractions and transport. The property was clean and tidy and had everything you might need. Despite the bad weather we had the view was still incredible! "

Check-in with Christof and Peter were equally as smooth to include different things about the apartment as well as local recommendations. The apartment was extremely clean and super cozy I wish we could have stayed longer. It has everything you need and the views are out of this world. Would love to come back one day!"

Der tolle Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein, da die Sonne schon bald nach dem Aufgang um die Ecke verschwindet (bei der Wärme wie im August ist es sehr angenehm). Man blickt auf Apfelplantagen und Berge. Von Andrian aus kann alles in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichen: Meran, Bozen, Kastelruth usw. Mit dem Südtirol Gästepass sind fast alle...

"Wir haben zu Zweit einen wundervollen Urlaub im praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Miniappartment der Familie Raffl genossen. Morgens auf dem großzügigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Texelgruppe beim Frühstück Pläne für den Tag gemacht und den Tag nach Wanderungen oder Städtetouren im kleinen aber feinen Naturschwimmteich ausklingen lassen."

"The apartment is located in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. It’s walkable distance from the town, just a 3-5 minute walk to a small grocery store, and about a 10-15 minute drive to the lifts at Ortisei. However, the apartment wasn’t as clean. There was a cluster of bugs in the bathroom ceiling, the bedsheets weren’t feel clean, we found dead bed bugs, and we both got bitten at night. If it were cleaner this would’ve been a 5/5."
