"This hotel can’t cost 110 usd (price I paid for one night). Terrible experience with very noisy air conditioner, very small and unconformable room and breakfast with very limited chose to 1 pancake and 1 egg.. if you want more, pay extra. Never seen like that in my experience before.. "

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Amenities were wonderful. Very clean. Good service. Landscape crew starting using their machinery prior to 6:00 one morning and woke us up. We called the desk and they held off. The next morning they started before 7:00. There are signs for quiet period and I think the staff should also adhere to the quiet period. "

"Upon arrival nobody will help us they sending everybody home due to a typhoon no receptionist place was so dirty looks like a ghost town no security I feel so unsafe end up look for another place to stay it was terrible experience especially I’ve been trying to connect with customer support at Expedia no help me to I for uncontrollable situations they should give consideration to reimbursed the it was a terrible experience already on our end I think Expedia should check or update the resort they...
