Ocean Sixteen Paradise- Come and stay a while

Our ocean-front three-bedroom condominium directly overlooks the signature 16th hole of the Fazio Ocean Course at Rio Mar Country Club, with the beautiful azure sea mere steps away. This three bedroom 2400 sq. ft. property is perfectly situated on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico, next door to the island's El Yunque National Forest and Puerto Rico's Famous Luquillo Beach and the iconic 'kioscos' - 70 little shack food restaurants, trending to gourmet.

The interior style is coastal casual, with muted blues and earth tones, giving off a relaxed ambiance that is perfect for a vacation. Outside, lies a full-width balcony. Perfect for watching sunrise to sunset


The resort is equipped with a gorgeous infinity pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, an owner's lounge with pool table, an exercise room and two barbecue areas, and stunning beach. The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort and Spa is located next door, and has a tennis complex, casino, a fabulous Spa, a fitness center and five different restaurants.

Nearby attractions include El Yunque National Rainforest, Carabali Adventure Park (ziplining, ATV, horseback), catamaran tours from Villa Marina Yacht Harbor and Bioluminescent Bay Kayaking. 30 minutes from SJU International Airport.

Minimum lease is 90days. Available during the months of May, June, July and August with a minimum lease term of 90 days. Deposit of $995 is required. We also have car available for rent..

Ocean Sixteen is spectacular!

Wow! Our stay in PR was absolutely phenomenal, and this VRBO experience was the best one we have had so far. The place was stunning, and we were blown away by the level of service we received from Joanna and Greg. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made sure that our long-term stay was nothing short of unforgettable. This is definitely the place to stay if you're planning a trip to PR. If you're considering staying at Rio Mar and Ocean Sixteen, look no further than this unit. It's top-notch and exceeded all our expectations.
