We arrived at night, which made it difficult to find, but when we did arrive, the site was great. The place was clean, and we received effective communication when an issue arose.

Bars in the first floor noice all day and night lots of mosquitoes in the room and they doing construction at 7 am every day! Highlight the small food stop next door great drinks (las puertas cafe)

I enjoyed the stay at loft the spot was great for 2 only thing bathroom was smaller den usual but we managed and the property was very local so that was good as well with parking with a security and front desk are great ALL OF THEM

Safe neighborhood hotel. We loved the live music that performed near the hotel twice while we were there. Great bakery down the street and excellent pizza cafe across the road. Excellent communication from management. Waking distance to Old San Juan and the beach. Parking on site a huge plus.

The communication from the staff is great. The property could have improvements with upkeep and maintenance. There were ants on the upper loft and the area is not the nicest.

The property was great! The people at check in and check out and in between were amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They always had a greeting and a smile when you walked in. The loft was spacious and clean. The only thing I would ask for is a spare blanket or two - with the air it got a little chilly sleeping. The location is just the right distance from Old San Juan - a quick and not expensive Uber ride away. You don’t have the congestion of Old San Juan instead some local culture! I would stay here again!

Very friendly and informative staff. Room spotless and comfortable. This hotel is a great way to immerse in the local culture! There’s ample parking in a dedicated lot nearby. Beautiful murals along the street. We bought beer from the bodega at street level. Friday night was a karaoke street party 😃. Weekends can be noisy, so I advise ear plugs to sleep.

Great stay!

Clean and in great condition. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit cramped, but very reasonable. On site washer/dryer (coin operated) was handy. Walking distance to Old San Juan and restaurants. They let us check in early, which was very nice, to stow luggage. The communication on Whats App was great-we had a minor issue with the sink and it was fixed while we were out. They also offered to stow our luggage when we left (which we did not need) but it was so nice they offered when that can be a challenge for travelers.

The apartment it self was so cute and management was very friendly and good at communicating. The only thing that was less ideal was that the bar underneath had some men outside it at night which initially freaked us out a little. But the room has two locks before you can get in and we were never cat called or anything like that. During the day it was lovely and there was a nice restaurant close by and cute photo opportunities. Old San Juan was a 25-30 min walk away but we did have to Uber to the beaches and the better bars and stuff.

We had such a relaxing time. The staff upon arrival was down to earth and kind and accommodating. A younger charismatic male agent prepared us with an incredible first impression from his mood, to the music he played in the lobby, to his knowledge of the community, events, and local entertainment. I believe his name was Hector. I would definitely recommend this place based on his first impression. We then were greeted by a younger beautiful female desk agent who checked us into our room. I didn’t quite catch her name ONLY because we were so exhausted with the days’ events. She extended the warmth and welcome we received initially from the young male who welcomed us to San Juan upon arrival to the property. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. I am even more so confident enough with our experience to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the local and developing community of San Juan. The only change I would recommend is throw rugs in the unit to allow families to take advantage of gathering in the living room for a movie night together. I understand the floors not being carpeted (beautiful set up still); my kiddos love sitting on the floors, but was a bit uncomfortable because no vision such as a rug or carpet to sit on. We made due with the foot rest and small bean bag that came with the unit. 😊☺️ Thanks for showing us love and a good time. Will return in the future.

Great place if you're looking for something nice and affordable. This isn't a 5-star hotel but if you want to stay near the locals and be close to the main roads this is a good place to stay my only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit small but it wasn't an issue.
