Great location as it was a quick drive away from everything. It was a good stay, my only issue was the lack of hot water - showering was quick and unpleasant for me. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great location

Just what we needed, cozy apartment close to highway, restaurants and beach. Nice place to come and rest after a day of exploring. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great.

Clean & Conveniently Located

The property was very clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. If you don’t care about fancy amenities and just want a clean place to stay this is perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple, we were there for the SANSE, the place was very clean, pictures are exactly what the place is. Restaurant are with walking distance or you can Uber which is also very convenient. The neighbors are very nice. Will definitely go there again.

Great place to sleep at. We were out and about during the days, and staying here was great as we only needed a place to sleep at. Convenient access to beach, Old San Juan and other places. Recommend!

Great spot in good location

Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip

Cozy and Great location

This was a pretty great stay, stayed for about a week. It was close to little markets and food places that were a few mins of walking, and just a 5 min walk to the beach. Short Uber ride away from everything. AC and fans that worked wonderfully, had hot water for the shower. Host was very responsive and helpful. There are cute cats and roosters by the house that are friendly too. They occasionally make noise, but not loud or long enough to be disturbing.

Great place!

Walking distance from so many good restaurants and about a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach! If you wanted to get to Old San Juan it was typically $8 via Uber. Everyone in this area are so nice. The apartment was very clean and provided us with beach towels and chairs. A lot of cute little cats in the area as well. The only downside was the dogs and roosters that were very loud in the morning. Unfortunately, out of hosts control. The host was amazing and responsive. Let us check in early due to an early flight!

Exactly As Described

The location and price of this rental are fantastic! We were within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, making it super convenient. Just a short walk away, we found electric scooters that made it easy to explore Loíza, and Ubers were readily available for quick trips into Old San Juan. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our stay, which was a big plus.The rental itself was exactly as described and would be great for a short one or two night stay. However, for a longer stay (we were there for four nights), noise was a bit of a challenge. Even though there were plenty of signs asking for quiet out of respect for neighbors, we were often woken up late at night by surrounding noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything—including an enthusiastic street rooster that started crowing around 3 AM and kept going until 8 AM every morning.During the day, it was also a bit tricky to relax, as neighbors were frequently doing yard work. And on our last night, we had an unexpected visitor a rather large cockroach (about 2.5 inches long) that crawled onto my pillow while we were getting ready for bed.If you're just looking for a short, budget-friendly stay and don’t plan to spend much time in the rental, this place is a great option. However, if you value more peace and privacy, it might be worth spending a little extra elsewhere.Overall, we really loved the price and location and felt safe the entire time!

Very comfortable, very well located, and with excellent parking. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has hot water and great water pressure. The TV is at a good angle from the bed as well for chilling after a long day of walking. There are also a lot of businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend.

This space is exactly what it says it is. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Walking distance to food and beach. Host was available when I had a little issue opening lock. I would definitely stay again.
