The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all A/C’s
- Return all keys to lockbox (it used) - Press the lock symbol on front door, smart lock when leaving.
Place all gathered towels in the laundry room hamper or on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Loss of key fee: $150 per key.
Loss or damage of towels: $25 per towel.
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the place by the following: Turn off all lights, A/C, electronics, and appliances. Close and lock all doors.
