Quiet and cozy studio designed to offer you the perfect balance between work, rest & vacation!
Located in the heart of the metropolitan area, 10 minutes by car from downtown San Juan, 15 minutes from the airport.
Our studio has a work area equipped with a large desk, LED lamp, whiteboard for taking notes and a very comfortable chair, perfect for working efficiently. It has WI-FI with a good connection. In addition, you can enjoy a comfortable rest area on the balcony where you can enjoy the view and your favorite drink, be it a good coffee from our Coffee Bar or a good wine.
We also have a queen-size bed with air conditioning and a television that includes an antenna, RokuTV and Netflix to unwind after a productive day. With a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and all the necessary amenities, we guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay in our space.
The location and its facilities are the best thing about this place. Close to the main shopping malls in Puerto Rico, major supermarkets, stores, pharmacies within walking distance and best of all, you have a store at your disposal where you can walk and enjoy Creole, Mexican, Japanese, Indian food and more. The center has boutiques, a laboratory and a small but convenient pharmacy at your disposal.
