Beach Town 1B Apartment with Social Tropical Vibe - Walk to Beach & Restaurants
- Fun, playful beach-town getaway in the heart of Luquillo! Next door to the town’s favorite coffee shop, steps from restaurants and the plaza, and just 1 block from the beach. Sleeps 4 with Wi-Fi, fruit trees, hammocks, and an outdoor shower. Our property has a lively, artistic atmosphere. Guests may occasionally encounter music, community gatherings, or creative events in shared outdoor spaces and neighboring properties. Weekend nightlife and town noise can carry late into the evening.
Note: Welcome to Puerto Rico. Public Service Announcement: please do not book if you are looking for a quiet place. We are in the heart of a popular tourist town. It’s loud and sometimes there are gatherings that go till sunrise. It is Puerto Rico and they party for any reason! Again if you want peace and quiet, book somewhere in the mountains, in the rainforest, away from the town. Also note that medical cannabis use permitted for authorized guests. Outdoor use only, please — no indoor smoking or excessive odors. We are in town and it can get loud, it’s PR and a tourist hub. Again, DO NOT BOOK if needing a quiet stay!
