The sheets had xxx stains on them this hotel is used for xxx plus had a shady massage place at the back with men coming and going. The area its located is not good aswell. Not allowed to use the pool due to maintenance. All the staff were not feiendly. I was supposed to spend 3 days there but inleft after 6 hours.

When we got there, they told us they never got a reservation and they did not have a room for us. We tried to find another room in town, but there was just nothing. Then they came to us and said we can have a room but they would not honour our reservation. We had to pay for it ourselves. So we ended up paying twice what we did originally and we still haven’t got our money back for Orbitz. Well, the room was clean and comfortable comfortable. We would never go back because of the way we are treated. They obviously just ignored the reservation, knowing they could charge us more. How else do you explain that they had a room after they knew we couldn’t find anything else. But they would not honour our reservation.
