Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We got there almost exactly at 3:00 p.m., which was the check-in time, but there was no one there to receive us. It was difficult to reach the administrator, and we had to wait outside until around 3:13 p.m. when the cleaning lady arrived and finally opened the door for us.We were then moved to a different condo because we had a child with us, which meant we were one extra person. That part was fine, but after traveling from far away it was frustrating that the check-in process was so disorganized.In the second condo, the kitchen sink was completely clogged, so it was not even possible to wash a glass. Thankfully we did not use the kitchen because we went out to eat, but this is something that should definitely be fixed considering the price of the stay. The balcony door was extremely hard to open, one of the curtains did not work, and there was a lot of dirt in the balcony door frame. The bathroom window had clear glass facing other condos, so there was no privacy at all.In the main bedroom, the TV did not work properly. We couldn’t access Netflix, YouTube, or any channels. One of the bathroom drawers was broken, and the toilet plunger was stored under the kitchen pantry instead of in the bathroom, which gives a very poor impression.On top of that, many things were not clean. The mirrors were dirty, and the chairs looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time.
