If you choose to venture outside of your Villa, the most popular tourist destination in Nicaragua is just 15 minutes to the north - San Juan del Sur. The entire route is paved, thanks to the Pacific Coast Highway, completed Nov 2025. In SJdS, you will find many shops, great restaurants, and a mix of locals and tourists enjoying the town. Closer to your Villa is The Wildlife Reserve La Flor where you can see Olive Ridley turtles. If you come at the right time, you can witness thousands of turtles laying eggs, or better yet - newly hatched turtles crawling back to the ocean! You will also find that some turtles use Playa Coco as their local grounds.

We were one of the first ones to own in Playa Coco and have steadily improved our casa throughout the years. We take meticulous care of our place and this will show during your stay.
