The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly and very helpful. We visited during the mayhem of Carnaval, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We were very well situated for the festivities that took over the town - central but not right on top of the action. Our balcony room was excellent value.

Ok stop for one night.

Ok stay, the bellboy that greeted us was very friendly and helpful he was also in the restaurant later and was very cheerful. Cafe on site was friendly and food in restaurant was okay for a night stop not much else nearby. Parking was off site but secure. Breakfast was a little grim with no options offered and waiter not very friendly.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a lugares importantes. La atención del personal fue excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque la decoración es bastante antigua y oscura. No tienen vista porque las ventanas están tapadas lo que genera una sensación de encierro pero las camas son muy ricas. Se siente un poco de ruido al estar en el centro de la ciudad. Durante la estadía mi esposo enfermó, todo el personal nos ayudó al máximo para encontrar un doctor que venga al hospital y vea y atienda a mi esposo. El personal muy amable, a pesar de la enfermedad de mi esposo, su ayuda hizo que pasemos un excelente momento en el Hotel. Cada vez que vayamos a Pasto de seguro volveremos, gracias!!

Un hotel muy bonito, tranquilo, limpio, y con excelente servicio al cliente de parte de todo el equipo. Esta muy cerca el parque central de Nariño, pero casi ni se nota por lo tranquilo que es. Yo me quede varias veces en el hotel y sin duda regresere cuando vuelve a Pasto.
