The owner is a scammer, the stove, washing machine and main shower head do not work and he blames you for it when he has electrical problems. He lied saying he got an electrician to come down and fix it when he didn’t. He is argumentative and looks to charge you extra because he has no money, wants to remodel the place on other peoples expense and is illegally renting the apartment out. He is white fishing and lied about speaking English or Spanish. He kept speaking French and he isn’t French. Arabic is his native language. He has no lock box and we had to get a stranger to walk us a couple blocks to get the key from a lady. He doesn’t want people to know where he lives because he’s a coward but on the mailbox it shows but I doubt he’ll answer as he can’t back it up. The apartment is not on the floor that is said on listing. He told us to get out earlier which we did on our own because the apartment is unlivable and he didn’t want to give a refund and on top of that wants more money lying saying we damaged something when I have a walk tour video proof of how the apartment was before we left. Also no toilet paper and the bathroom floods when you take a shower which you can only use the hand held piece. Worst experience.
