My stay at the Westin hotel was a regrettable experience marred by outdated facilities and underwhelming service. The aging infrastructure, highlighted by decrepit elevators that sounded on the verge of collapse, added a layer of discomfort to the stay. Not only were these elevators rickety, but their sluggish door openings tested the patience of even the most tolerant guests. The ambiance was further tarnished by ongoing construction throughout the premises, creating a cacophony of noise that disrupted any semblance of tranquility. For a staggering $400 a night, the value proposition was abysmal, leaving me deeply disappointed. Having previously enjoyed pleasant stays at other Westin establishments, this particular experience fell egregiously short of expectations.

Very conveniently located, clean, safe. Room was larger than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only critique is the room is cleaned in two shifts and was incompletely cleaned when I walked in between shifts.

Wonderful and relaxing
I took a trip with my daughter to do a girls shopping trip for 2 days. We made a small request to be put in a certain room which was effortlessly granted. Tony at the registration desk was extra helpful. It was a wonderful stay and we were comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool, and the grab and go breakfast. Everyone who we came in contact was very professional and courteous. Some things to note: the garage is tight getting out of so be careful. Parking is $10 a night. There's infused water in the lobby. Each room comes with a refillable water bottle which is a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable; best sleep I've had in months. There's a lavender infused oil to rub on that's part of their good sleep concept. Nice toiletries and bath robes. Towels are extra plush. There's a $23 buffet breakfast or a grab and go option, which we did. The quiche and breakfast sandwich plus a tip came to $30. They allowed me to refill my coffee with the Starbucks they offered. Location of hotel is easy to find; when you arrive, just head right into the underground parking structure as there is an elevator that takes you directly to the lobby to check in.

Excellent stay
The room and bathroom was clean, modern and inviting.it had a spa type feeling. The beds were comfortable and down comferter was nice and warm. Would definitely stay again!

Very dissapointing.
This Westin was a very disappointing stay. We had only booked this room for one night. We arrived late and didn't have much issue checking in. However, the sink in the room had a VERY slow drain, filling up the sink almost immediately as soon as you opened the water. And even worse, in the morning the water was barely lukewarm to take a shower. The rooms were not sound proof, and in the morning we could hear the person above us singing (unfortunately without having a voice for it) at 7:30 AM. I expected better from a 4 star hotel, specially Westin! having hot water to shower is a bare minimum you can provide for your guests!
