Next to a noisy construction site and a highway. Neighborhood scary. A broken fridge at top of stairs and a broken ac at the bottom. Roaches and racoons everywhere. Lights on sensors that do not work well so they flicker on and off.

The property was located right next to highway. The tub was making noise as I tried to get in and out of the tub. The sink faucet did not have cover and it was exposed. The floor was not carpeted. The balcony was very dirty. There was a kitty pool. It was a camping with a toilet and roof experience. It could use total remodeling. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Luckily I had brought my own pillows.

Nice for a night
Good place to stay, no problems. Everything was as described. Rooms were clean, just an older building, they do a nice job of cleaning and some renovations. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Check in was easy.

Our medical plans changed last minute and we wanted to cancel our first night. We were told no after trying to call all afternoon. Our bad, but it would have been nice to refund us the night we did not use. Hotel looks like it’s clinging to the past with the best of Mountain View plaques from 2009. The room was very dated. They have tried to keep it up but it’s time for a complete facelift. There were dust bunnies at the corners of the beds and a lizard crawling across the floor in the morning. The neighborhood was good and it served its purpose for the night but we will stay elsewhere next time

When I went to check in, the manager (I think) was yelling at the guy in reception to hurry up and what was the matter with him etc.. I wasn’t the only person there. It was very uncomfortable. I was just there for one night and the place was ok otherwise. Just not the best energy to start with. Also, I don’t like the sink being outside the bathroom.

Just awful
The pictures online of the room was beautiful. However this was not the case. Everything was run down. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because of previous damage . The AC left the room humid and the shower looked dirty. However the worst part was the fact our toilet was clogged from 11 pm until the morning because we could not reach anyone at the counter. We even called the hotels desk number and still couldn’t reach anyone . Personally we will not be returning.

Our room didn’t have any hand towels or washcloths. No one EVER answered the phone when calling the front desk. So I went to the office and Asked for washcloths and hand towels - They DIDN’T HAVE ANY!!🤔🤔 That is Unheard of for a hotel

We stayed here as we were going to a concert at the amphitheatre. The room was clean and spacious, the bed wasn't the comfiest & the room was a little dated, which we expected from the advertisement pictures and the low cost. The surrounding area was nice and it was close to the concert we were going to. Breakfast was nice, my only grumble is that it finished at 10am despite check out being 11am. The pool looked clean, although we didn’t use it. Staff were friendly - they let me have a postcard for free!

Housekeeping came into our room when we were off site and left the Do Not Disturb on the door. Not cool. The room was ok, nothing fancy. The bathroom was overcaulked everywhere. Shower, toilet, floor, all overcaulked. Looks shoddy. Quiet neighborhood off of the freeway, quick access. Owner checked us in, he was very nice and positive.

I got here at 2:55 pm. I got my key card by 3:00 pm, however it took me almost an hour to get in because the key card wouldn’t work. My room was on the other side of the check in office and it was already hot. After about 10 minutes trying to get in, I walked back and let the guy know. He told me to wait 5 more minutes because the system might have to update, so I walk back to the room and wait longer. It never worked. I walk back to the check in office because I’m still locked out, this time he follows me to try the cards for himself. When he sees it doesn’t work he goes back to the office and we don’t see him for another 15 or so until I walk back and asked what the plan was and was just handed new key cards to a different room. I finally got into my room almost an hour after checking in with my friend and her baby. No apologies, rude as hell. There’s other cheaper & cleaner options in the area and probably a lot nicer workers too. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

First Time, Great Time
Such a cozy place to stay for a night after a Big Time Rush concert. Breakfast the morning after was delicious. There was a waffle maker, mini bagels, milk, orange juice, water, cereal, bread, and so many more yummy things. For check out you leave the keys in the room which was nice to leave before traffic hit. Recommend for a place to stay. Good location as well. And there’s a pool which we didn’t have time to use but will for our next stay :)

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was outdated but it was clean and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was not very good. One odd thing is the office is not open like a regular motel. It opens for a little while during the morning hours. Then close till 3 pm.

The location was great. A nice walk to downtown. Short drive to Shoreline and airport. It met all of our needs. We didn't need a 5 star hotel. It was clean and met our needs. We would stay here again.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. The property is typical with outdoor stairways and rooms opening directly outside. We could open the windows. Good breakfast included with hot food as well as breads, cereals, fruit. The front desk is not always open. We were surprised that it wasn’t open at checkout time.

No one is ever at the front office when needed. A phone number was left stuck on the door but when called, it goes straight to voicemail. They were only there when check in at 3:00 was time. But if you want to check out earlier than 11:00 and want to make sure there are no extra charges on your account, no one was there so I had to wait until anything was posted on my account; luckily there were none. I also heard that a lot of people in other rooms were having issues getting into their rooms. A long line of people were at the front office at 1:30 AM trying to call someone to get access into their rooms. Not cool!

County Inn is a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. It’s a mile from downtown Mountain View and a wealth of restaurants and shops. It’s a short distance to a beautiful walking trail. Breakfast is included (variety of bread and cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffle maker). Sometimes the front desk/office is closed. The staff were polite and helpful.
