About this property

Modern apartment in the Heart of San Jose!

This brand new Apartment is located in the center of San Jose Downtown, close to every important landmark. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Located on the Second Floor of a Secure Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.

City Center stay

The location is convenient to restarants , shopping and historical buildings. The apt was clean and the manager was very helpful. We stayed for 10 days so the kitchen was a little small with no dining area, but it was workable.

Clean, Fairly quiet

Very nice little apartment in the Centro area, close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery. Easy walk to Avenida Central. Very busy area. Great for people watching. Loved the security, the air conditioning (although it was not really needed most of the time, the ceiling fan was great!

Unable to sleep at all through the night as people were coming and going at all hours within the apartment building. Whenever the front door shut it was slammed. Walls between units are paper thin and no one respected quiet hours. Will post review elsewhere.

Clean and Comfotable

A compact, well furnished room and bath with many amenities. Very clean and modern. Location close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Some of my uber drivers found the location difficult at times to find. Like any place in San Jose now, be careful walking around later in the evening. Overall, would recommend as one of the nicer listings for Verbo in San Jose.
