"The staff was very polite and the villa was clean. The bathtub and wall tile could use updating. The villa did not have kitchen items like plates and pots and pans and there was not an iron. Some items had to be obtained from the front desk. No ice machine on premesis, have to go to their restautant for ice. No in room coffee pot or complimentary coffee. Lots of street noise with motorcycles and cars late into the night and early in the morning."

"My kids, partner, and I loved it here. It was very last min we booked. It’s so beautiful. The staff were friendly, breakfast was not included but right by the pool had a little spot you can eat and drink, the food there was delicious and the drinks. Cons: the pillow had a funky smell, the dryer from the laundry room didn’t dry any of my clothes, no microwave in the room and where the microwave was located the area including the microwave was dirty. This hotel will definitely be seeing my family and I again besides from those cons, it’s a wonderful hidden gem."

"The staff were super helpful. Although it says resort, it is a bit dated, but was conveniently located to where we planned on visiting while on the west side of the island. Overall good experience and served its purpose. Price is a little high for what is offered, but in comparison to what else is available, I'd stay here again if we visit Aguadilla again."

"Royal Isabela is a nice relaxing resort. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. The special turn down service with nightly special baked goods was appreciated. We enjoyed the grounds and the tour at sunset provided a great opportunity to take photos. The 171 steps to the private beach was a hike. The path was safe and the beach was breathtaking."
