Sorry Mr. Robert, sometimes the hot water takes a while to arrive, the boiler is located on the fifth floor above and sometimes it takes a while to reach the rooms depending on the frequency of use in the hotel. We have a sufficient reserve of hot water. Our apologies.

Buen día, quería mencionarte que por recomendación de expertos nos informaron que los colchones muy blandos no son tan buenos para descansar o para la espalda, por esa razón es que tenemos el tipo de colchones ergonómicos. Good morning Mr.Gellner ,we are very sorry that you feel uncomfortable in our hotel but we are always ready for any request that any guest could ask , we have bottled water at the front desk and glasses but you never request it or let us know that you need water.Also you could call from your room and ask for water .We are in a very secure building and this is a very safe area and the comment about security its very rare because its not possible that "anyone" can get inside the hotel and get in a room , and all the door locks works perfectly , we feel sorry that you think that this can happen .
