"The hotel was in the middle of a neighborhood area far from the main areas of the island. When I arrived, the check-in staff person was very nice and upgraded me to a better room at no cost. She was a little confused at first with which guest I was but figured it out eventually. The room itself was like a sauna when I arrived, I let the AC run for a while and it cooled down after like an hour or more.
